Purchases for commercial use: if your goods arrive faulty or damaged, or within 30 days a fault becomes apparent, we will at our discretion either provide a full refund or dispatch new goods as soon as possible after the faulty goods have been returned and confirmed as faulty. Purchases for domestic use: (i) Where there is a breach of terms of the Consumer Guarantees Act the remedies under the Act will be followed by Work & Study Technology Ltd. (ii) Where (i) does not apply the customer has 30 days, from the day after the goods arrive, to cancel the order and return the goods for a refund. This will only apply where the goods are still in new condition. If returned too Work & Study Technology in new condition a refund will be provided to the customer within 30 days of Work & Study Technology Ltd receiving the returned item.
